Automatically send leads to your CRM, track abandoned carts, and analyze page events without writing a single line of code.
Overview
The SuperFunnel Zapier integration allows you to connect your pages to over 6,000 apps without coding. When a visitor interacts with your SuperFunnel page, you automatically send their data to tools like Salesforce or Monday.com in real-time. This seamless connection enables you to automate lead management, recover abandoned carts, and analyze user behavior across your funnels.

Available Triggers
SuperFunnel supports three types of events that you can use to trigger workflows in Zapier:

New Lead: Triggered when a user successfully completes and submits a form.

Partial Lead: Triggered incrementally as a user interacts with a form (great for recovering abandoned carts).

Page Event: Triggered by user interactions on your page, such as page views, scrolls, or button clicks.
Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting Zapier
Install the SuperFunnel App
Before you begin, you must invite the SuperFunnel app to your Zapier account.
1.a. Click this invite link: SuperFunnel for Zapier.
1.b. Click Accept Invite & Build a Zap to add SuperFunnel to your available apps.
Connect your Account
To secure the connection between SuperFunnel and Zapier, we recommend using an API Key.
2.a. Log in to your SuperFunnel account.
2.b. Navigate to your Settings > Integrations and click the pencil (edit) button on the Zapier card.
2.c. Select Method A: API Key (Recommended) to define a custom static key.
2.d. Copy this key.
2.e. In Zapier, when prompted to connect your SuperFunnel account, paste the API Key into the authentication field.
This key is sent in the standard HTTP Authorization header to verify the sender.
Choose your Trigger
Depending on your goal, choose one of the following triggers in Zapier:
3a. New Lead (Recommended for CRMs)
Use this trigger when you want to send final, confirmed contact information to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
- When it runs: Only after a successful form submission.
- Data received: Full contact details (Name, Email, Phone), form answers, IP address, and UTM parameters.
3b. Partial Lead (Recover Abandoned Carts)
Use this trigger to capture data from users who started filling out a form but didn't finish.
- When it runs: Incrementally as the user interacts with the form or completes a specific step.
- Data received: The current step number (
currentStep) and any fields filled out so far (e.g., Email or Phone). - Best for: Setting up "Abandonment" email sequences.
Rinse partial leads before they reach your CRM
Partial Lead fires at every step, so it can flood downstream tools with half-finished records. Add a Filter step in Zapier that only continues when a key field such as email or phone is present. This keeps your CRM clean while still recovering genuinely contactable leads.
3c. Page Events (Analytics)
Use this trigger to send behavioral data to analytics tools or data warehouses (like Google Sheets or BigQuery).
- When it runs: On
view,scroll, orbutton-click. - Data received:
- Device Info: Browser, OS, Device type (Desktop/Mobile).
- Location: Country and City.
- Click Data: For button clicks, we verify if the button type was a form or link.
