Track SuperFunnel events in your HubSpot account.

Overview

The SuperFunnel integration allows you to automatically sync leads from your pages, quizzes and forms directly to HubSpot. When a visitor submits data on your SuperFunnel page, a new Contact is instantly created or updated in your HubSpot CRM. This seamless connection ensures that your sales and marketing teams have immediate access to fresh lead data, enabling timely follow-ups and nurturing.

You may have multiple HubSpot accounts connected to your SuperFunnel workspace, allowing you to route leads to different teams or pipelines based on your business needs.

Prerequisites

  1. A SuperFunnel account.
  2. Your HubSpot account (Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) (admin role).

Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting HubSpot

Connect the Integration

1.a. Within your SuperFunnel Workspace, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
1.b. Click + Add and then click HubSpot.
  A card will appear prompting you to connect your HubSpot account. HubSpot Install 1.c. Click Connect with Private App or Connect with OAuth.
  (OAuth is recommended for most users as it provides a more secure and seamless connection.)
1.d. Click Sign in to your HubSpot account and follow the sign in instructions. HubSpot Install 1 HubSpot Install 2 1.e. Review and accept the requested permissions (create, edit Contacts) and click Connect App.
1.f. You will be redirected back to SuperFunnel with a success message.
You should see the HubSpot instance inside of the integration configuration page. If not, repeat the steps above or contact support. HubSpot Install 3

Map Your Fields

To ensure your data lands in the right place, map SuperFunnel form fields to HubSpot properties:

2.a. In the Integrations tab, click the pencil (edit) button on the relevant row.
  You will see integration configuration options.
HubSpot Map 1 2.b. If the HubSpot Account is not already selected, select it from the dropdown menu or reconnect.
2.c. Enter a name for the integration (e.g., "New leads to HubSpot").
2.d. Select the corresponding HubSpot Property from the dropdown menu on the right.

  • Example: Map "Work Email" (SuperFunnel) to "Email" (HubSpot). 2.d. Click Save Changes.

Test the Connection

3.a. Go to one of your published pages or quizzes with a lead form.
3.b. Fill out the form with test data (e.g., test.user@example.com).
3.c. Submit the form.
3.d. Open your HubSpot account and navigate to Contacts.
3.e. Verify that a new contact has been created with the information you submitted.

Troubleshooting

  • Lead not appearing? ensure that the "Email" field is included in your form, as HubSpot requires a valid email address to create a contact.
