Agents & Brain

Alerts

Automatic notifications when a key metric changes significantly on one of your pages.

Overview

Alerts notify you when a metric moves significantly — such as a conversion rate drop, a traffic spike, page speed regression, or an experiment reaching completion. Instead of manually checking your analytics, agents monitor your pages and notify your team when action is needed.

Alerts are categorized by priority: Critical, High, Medium, and Low. They may indicate positive or negative changes.

Viewing and Managing Alerts

Go to Alerts

From the workspace sidebar, click Alerts to view all active alerts.

Filter by priority

Use the priority tabs (Critical, High, Medium, Low) to focus on the alerts that matter most to your team.

Review alert details

Click an alert to see more information, including which page or metric triggered it, the severity, and when it occurred.

Take action

From the Actions menu, you can:

  • Snooze the alert to dismiss it temporarily
  • Delete the alert if it's no longer relevant

Creating and Configuring Alerts

The easiest way to set up alerts is to ask SuperAgent to create alert rules for your key metrics. You can tell it which pages to monitor and what changes should trigger an alert.

Examples you can ask SuperAgent:

  • "Create an alert if my homepage conversion rate drops below 5%"
  • "Alert me if any page has a mobile page speed regression"
  • "Notify the team when an experiment reaches statistical significance"
  • "Set up critical alerts for my top 5 performing pages"

You can also manually create and configure alerts:

  1. Go to Alerts > New alert rule
  2. Select the metric you want to monitor (page speed, conversion rate, traffic, etc.)
  3. Set the threshold that should trigger the alert
  4. Choose the priority level
  5. Select which pages or campaigns to monitor
  6. Save the rule

Common Alert Types

  • Page Speed Issues — alerts when Core Web Vitals (INP, LCP, CLS) degrade significantly
  • Conversion Anomalies — alerts when conversion rate drops or spikes unexpectedly
  • Traffic Changes — alerts when traffic volume changes significantly
  • Ad Account Issues — alerts when ad accounts disconnect or need reconnection
  • Experiment Completion — alerts when an A/B test reaches statistical significance
