Bulk Publish
Publish changes to multiple pages at once. Understand how global setting changes take effect.
Overview
Any change made to a page — whether to its content, layout, or settings — must be published before it goes live for visitors. Until you publish, the existing live version remains unchanged.
When you've updated several pages at once, you can publish them all in a single action using Bulk Auto Publish, rather than opening and publishing each page individually.
Global setting changes also require publishing
Some changes are made at the workspace level rather than on a specific page — for example, updating custom code in Settings → Website → Custom Code (such as a GTM tag), or changing a logo link. These global changes propagate down to the page level, but they do not go live until each page is published.
For example: if you update a GTM script in your global custom code, you must then publish every live page that should include the change. Pages that are not republished will continue serving the old script.
How to Bulk Publish
Go to Pages
Navigate to the Pages section from the main sidebar.
Select the pages to publish
Check the checkbox on the left-hand side next to each page you want to publish.
To select all pages at once, click the checkbox at the top of the list. Click it again to deselect all.
Click Bulk Auto Publish
With your pages selected, click the Bulk Auto Publish button. A confirmation popup will appear.
Add a version name and description
Enter a version name to identify this publish — for example, "GTM tag update" or "Summer campaign launch".
Optionally, add a version description with more detail about what changed. This helps you and your team track what was published and when.
Click Bulk Publish
Click Bulk Publish to confirm. All selected pages will be published with the new version.
Summary
All selected pages are now published with the updated version. Version names and descriptions are saved in Version History, so you can roll back any page to a previous state if needed. For global changes like script updates or tag additions, bulk publish ensures every page serves the latest configuration without having to republish each one individually.
