Overview

Turn Slack into your control center. Get instant alerts the moment a lead converts so your sales team can strike while the iron is hot, or chat directly with SuperFunnel to query data without ever leaving Slack.

There are two places to connect Slack to SuperFunnel:

  1. SuperFunnel App — connects SuperFunnel as an app that can interact with your Slack workspace.
  2. Slack (User) — gives SuperFunnel the context of your Slack user so it can act on your behalf.

Step-by-Step Guide to Connecting Slack

Connect the SuperFunnel App

1.a. Within your SuperFunnel Workspace, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
1.b. Find SuperFunnel under Apps and click it.
1.c. You'll be redirected to Slack to authorize the app. Check that the correct workspace is selected.
1.d. Click Allow.

Connect Slack (User)

On the same Integrations page, find Slack (User) and click it, then review and grant the requested permissions.

Connecting your personal Slack user token allows SuperFunnel to:

  • Search your Slack workspace knowledge
  • Read channels and threads
  • Send messages as you
  • Retrieve your user profile details

What You Can Do

Once connected, you can talk to SuperFunnel directly in Slack for one-off tasks or recurring tasks.

One-off tasks get answered right away:

"Give me a list of active pages and which ads they are connected to"

"Which of my Meta ads sent the most leads to the pricing page last week?"

Recurring tasks are set up as Agents that run automatically on a schedule:

"At 9am every day give me a list of new leads since the day before"

"Every Monday at 8am, send me last week's conversion rate for each active page"

Dedicated configuration options for regular notifications are on the way. In the meantime, agents created from a Slack request are already fully configurable.
