Access the Leads Dashboard

1.a. Go to the left sidebar and click Leads
1.b. You'll see a list of all leads captured from your pages

View Lead Details

Click on any lead to see:
Contact information — Name, email, phone, or custom fields
Form data — Answers to form fields and quiz questions
Page source — Which page or quiz the lead came from
Timestamp — When the lead was captured
Events — Custom events tracked during their visit

Filter and Search Leads

Quick Filters

Use the filter options to narrow down leads by:

  • Source Page — Filter leads by specific pages
  • Date Range — View leads from a specific time period
  • Status — Active, converted, or other custom statuses
  • Tags — Leads organized by custom tags

Use the search box to find leads by:

  • Email address
  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Custom field values

Export Leads

Export your leads data for analysis or integration with external tools:

  4.a. Click Export in the top-right corner
  4.b. Choose your format (CSV or JSON)
  4.c. Select the fields to include in your export
  4.d. Download the file

Tag and Organize Leads

Add tags to leads for better organization:

  5.a. Select one or more leads
  5.b. Click Add Tag
  5.c. Create a new tag or select from existing tags
  5.d. Use tags to segment and manage your lead list

Bulk Actions

Select multiple leads to:

  • Assign tags
  • Change status
  • Delete leads
  • Export selected leads
