Manage Leads

Learn how to view, filter and manage leads captured from your assets using the Leads Dashboard.

Overview

This guide covers the Leads Dashboard, where you can review all leads captured across your workspace and manage your lead data. Every form submission and quiz completion creates a lead.

This guide covers how to access the Leads Dashboard, view leads, filter them, delete them, and export data.

Leads vs Partial Leads

A Lead is a completed form submission or quiz completion. A Partial Lead is an in-progress form submission or quiz attempt that was not completed, including all submissions to forms or quizzes lacking a final step.

You can filter the Leads Dashboard to view Leads or Partial Leads. See Capture Partial Leads to learn more about Leads and Partial Leads.

Viewing leads in context

You can also view leads for a specific quiz or form without going to the Leads Dashboard: open the quiz or form, click Results at the top, then select the Leads tab. The Leads Dashboard gives you a workspace-wide view; the Results tab gives you a page-specific view.

Step-by-Step Guide to Viewing Leads

Access the Leads Dashboard

Go to the left sidebar and click Leads. You'll see a list of all leads captured from your pages.

View Lead Details

The Leads dashboard has two views: Table and List.

Each record contains:

  • Created At, Last Updated (Timestamp) — When the lead was captured.
  • Status — Completed (form submitted) or In Progress (partial lead).
  • Form data — Answers to form fields and quiz questions, including contact information and hidden fields derived from APIs and calculations.
  • Page source — Which page, quiz, URL, and variant the lead came from.
  • Events — Custom events tracked during their visit.

Try Partial Leads + List view + Preview email

In list view, you can select a column as a preview item from a dropdown menu. This is useful for quickly scanning leads, like finding partial leads that contain an email value.

Filter Leads

Use the filter options to narrow down your lead list:

  • Source Page — Filter by specific pages or forms.
  • Date Range — View leads from a specific time period.
  • Status — Toggle between Leads (completed) and Partial Leads (in-progress form submissions).

Apply multiple filters at once to find the subset of leads you care about most.

Delete Leads

At the moment, you may not edit lead data directly in SuperFunnel. You may only delete individual leads. To keep data clean, consider only doing this before going live.

To delete a single lead: 1. Click the three dots (⋮) on the right side of a lead record. 3. Select Delete.

Warning

Deleted leads cannot be recovered.

Export Leads

Export your leads data for analysis, reporting, or integration with external tools.

How to Export

  1. Click Export in the top-right corner of the Leads dashboard.
  2. Choose Lead Type: all leads, partial leads only (in-progress form submissions), or both.
  3. Set a Date Range to filter which leads to include.
  4. Choose your Export Format: CSV or JSON.
  5. Optionally enable Export all dynamic pages to include data from all variations and variants.
  6. Download the file.

Alternatives to Exporting

Webhooks — For real-time lead data integration, use webhooks to stream leads to your CRM, data warehouse, or other tools as they're captured. This is better than exporting if you want live, always-current data.

SuperAgent visualization — SuperAgent can analyze your lead data and create visual representations (line charts, pie charts, trend graphs, etc.) without exporting. Ask SuperAgent to "analyze [metric] across [time period] and create a chart" to get instant insights.
